Nirnayam (Decision) is a one-minute short film about the consequences of one small decision taken by a person. It is a message-oriented initiative by Sravanth Gajula and team. The entire video was shot within 45 minutes, and post-production was completed in 2 days. This film was screened at several International Film festivals and was praised by critics and celebrities such as Deva Katta, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, JD Chakravarthy, Sampath Nandi etc.
